Vale of Temp : Western foods in a Chinese Temple

I dislike this place because it is always packed. In fact, it is even worse now because it was featured in this Astro program with Jason (not sure the exact show name).

However, due to blogging, I decided to pay them a visit. It is rather unique to be sitting next to the datuk kong, tua pek kong and all the angkongs (Chinese deities) to eat your black pepper steak and lamb chops. That man irks the hell out of me because he was talking very loudly about enjoying life, visiting massage parlours and yadda yadda throughout my meal.

My kids brought along Gameboy etc to occupy themselves because waiting is very, very long. In fact, you have to queue up to give your orders. *rolls eyes*

The place is along Vale of Temp (not sure the name, the road to Tanjong Bungah, where the graves are?)

The food? Well, not like it is out of this world or super cheap. Still, if you have nothing to do, go wait it out. The above is a plate of garlic fish.
