Hi , talking about curry mee , have you tried the one in pulau tikus? I am not sure what that area is called but if you are coming from pulau tikus police station (after mobile petrol on your left), you will see Shell petrol station on your right , turn in to the road before/next to the shell station , go straight and you will find a hawkers corner on your right. There is a couple selling curry mee , wow , their curry mee is really good. They do not sell on weekends but it is wise to go early during the weekdays. There have been numerous times when by the time we reach there for lunch , all habis d!

Hi I enjoyed your blog. Heard great so much of Penang from colleagues so been wanting to visit. But no courage. Now learn so much on Penang from you. I must visit Penang now.

I am not sure whether you have eaten Hainanese Curry Rice. The ones I eaten in Singapore is plain rice with Pork Chop, Chap Chye and Curry. Been looking in the website for the recipe. Do you have it?
Thanks,Viv

I agree this curry mee is the best I have had around

For the Pek Cham keh stall, I usually avoid it as the owner is very arrogant & when u order too little when u have a big group, he looks at you one kind...so I decide to boycott the chicken stall.the price also have went up
