		<description>i&#039;m not sure whether beef can substitute pork or not.  It depends whether the beef belly have fat layers or not (sorry i don&#039;t eat beef so i&#039;m so sure).  If you use lean meat it would be very dry.  actually not easy to grill this dish.  If you don&#039;t have the skill the surface of the skin will be very hard &quot;just taste like chewing glass&quot;.  Those master have speacial skills and tips, they create bubbles on the skin while roasting it.  and make the skin so crispy...</description>
