		<description>dear lilian..if u are desperately looking for ang chew,sometimes u might find it at mt.erskine market. a husband and wife grocery stall sell it and hock chew mee sua too. if they do not have ang chew they might have the ang chau,which is the remainder after straining the wine. it is delicious when fried with chicken or pork!</description>
