Hi, Lilian…you want to eat ang chiew mee suah…very good…I’m from the hockchiew town.. and I got lots of mee suah at home…can get you some if I go back hometown….my mum made very nice ang chiew too…I had a posting of” how to cook ang chiew mee sua” at my blog…..(food). Homemade angchiew is the best….!

dear lilian..if u are desperately looking for ang chew,sometimes u might find it at mt.erskine market. a husband and wife grocery stall sell it and hock chew mee sua too. if they do not have ang chew they might have the ang chau,which is the remainder after straining the wine. it is delicious when fried with chicken or pork!
